POSTAGE
Postage and Packaging to anywhere in the UK is £2.49. If you order is over £35.00 in total (excluding postage) your P&P is Free. We use Royal Mail 1st class, 2nd Class or Standard Parcels depending on the weight of your parcel. Orders will take approx 1-5 working days to reach you, depending on the service used. However we advise you read the Delivery Timescale Note below.
BRISTISH FORCES POST (BFPO)
Shipping on all parcels weighing less than 1KG (including packing materials) is a flat rate of £1.99. Parcels weighing over 1KG (including packaging materials) will be charged a flat rate fee of £2.50. This charge will be invoiced once your parcel has been packaged and weighed. Your order will not be dispatched until this charge has been paid.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
Postage for International Orders will be charged at cost. Parcels will be weighed (including packing materials) and you will be e-mailed your postage costs. We will provide two postage options where possible - Air Mail and Surface Mail - and you will be asked to choose which you would us prefer to use. Once we have heard from you with your choice of postal service, we will then send you a Paypal invoice for these postage costs. PLEASE NOTE - Your order will not be shipped until the relevant postage costs have been paid.
DELIVERY TIMESCALE
As we use Royal Mail as our delivery service, we are unable to provide accurate delivery timescales, however most of our UK mainland parcels are received within 1-5 days. If you have an urgent order, please contact and we can arrange confirmed next day delivery for an extra charge.
NON-RECEIVED ORDERS
Please note that a Parcel will not be considered lost or undelivered until 15 WORKING days from the next working day after the parcel was dispatched.

PAYMENT FOR UK ORDERS
We accept the following types of payment from UK customers.
Credit or Debit Card via Paypal - You can now pay with any major Credit or Debit card via Paypal, without having to create a paypal account. Simply scroll to the bottom of the Paypal payment page and click continue, where you will be asked for your Credit/Debit card details. If you have an existing paypal account, simply follow the instructions to make your payment in the usual way. If you do not have a paypal account, but would like to set one up, please select Paypal and follow the instructions to set up an account with Paypal.
Credit or Debit Card Via NoChex - If you have a NoChex account, simply follow the instructions and pay in the normal way. If you do not have a NoChex account, but would like to use this payment option, please select NoChex and follow the instructions to pay via your credit/debit card.
Cheque or Postal Order - If you would like to pay via Cheque or Postal order, please select Cheque/Postal Order on the payment methods screen and ensure that your Cheque or Postal Orders for the full amount - including P&P charge - are sent to:

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT
We accept Paypal and Nochex as payment for International orders. All payments must be in GBP. We cannot accept cheques and Money orders for International orders.
RETURNS POLICY PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCTS.
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we will do our very best to rectify the situation.
If your product turns out to be faulty, we will happily exchange it for a replacemnt or refund, once we have received the faulty/damaged product back and examined the fault/damage.
If you have simply changed your mind about a product that you have received, as long as we receive the product back in resaleable condition, we will refund the purchase price, less 25% restocking fee.
All products must be returned in their original packaging to obtain refunds. |
